Spinning W

You need a VRML browser to view this

This illustrates VRML text extrusion, lighting, material properties, and VRML animation in an embedded world. I generated this sample (View Source) with Cosmo PageFX in about 15 minutes, which included trying and discarding a number of effects. The generated VRML code uses prototypes and scripting extensively and probably isn't very useful for beginners.

If you don't see the spinning W, then you might need to install a VRML viewer, re-install the VRML viewer you're using, or install a newer viewer. The primary VRML browser plug-in I use for testing is Cosmo Player, in both IE and Communicator.
